How To Stand Out As A Top-Notch Real Estate Professional

In this crowded competitive market, I am often asked, ‘𝒉𝒐𝒘 𝒅𝒐𝒆𝒔 𝒐𝒏𝒆 𝒃𝒆𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒆 𝒂 𝒕𝒐𝒑 𝒏𝒐𝒕𝒄𝒉 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒇𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝒊𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒔𝒆𝒓𝒗𝒊𝒄𝒆 𝒊𝒏𝒅𝒖𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒚’?

In short, my personal motto is always, “People First” and something that I inculcate in my teammates. However, in order to achieve my people-first mantra, here are four 𝙠𝙚𝙮 𝙚𝙣𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚𝙧𝙨 for me and my team (and those who want to succeed in this line) to live by!

1️⃣ 𝙂𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙝𝙤𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝙖𝙙𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙚, 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙗𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙛𝙞𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙘𝙡𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨. Even if it is not something they want to hear but you should always have their interest at heart. It is always best to offer what will work for them now and not get them in possible future issues.

2️⃣ 𝙒𝙤𝙧𝙠 𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙙𝙚𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙣 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮𝙗𝙤𝙙𝙮 𝙚𝙡𝙨𝙚. This means, go beyond your work hours, go the extra mile, do follow-ups, and even sometimes, having to meet more than a few times before they are convinced. Market yourself beyond networks. Build your personal branding and showcase your influence and knowledge. Most of all, be PROMPT and helpful!

3️⃣ 𝙎𝙩𝙖𝙮 𝙢𝙤𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙙, 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙣 𝙬𝙝𝙚𝙣 𝙞𝙩 𝙜𝙚𝙩𝙨 𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝. When you are self-motivated, you are hungry for challenges and look forward to always winning. Nevertheless, motivation also comes from your team, your downline team members, and your uplines. It is an ecosystem where EVERYONE thrives.

4️⃣ 𝘽𝙚 𝙜𝙤𝙖𝙡 𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙬𝙝𝙞𝙘𝙝 𝙢𝙚𝙖𝙣𝙨 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙘𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙚𝙨, 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙨 𝙢𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙪𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙞𝙣 𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙘𝙚. Focus on executing your smaller process goals to give you the best chance for success and moving on to bigger goals.
